ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDREN
UPDATE: Daisy will soon be in Cornwall
Sadly Daisy is bouncing and will be going into kennels very soon. WE KNOW THIS IS THE WRONG PLACE FOR HER TO GO... we are left with absolutely no other option as we have tried and tried to find her a suitable home. She needs a home to go to. Can you help?
Daisy is a 5 year old Cockerpoo who is neutered, vaccinated & microchipped. Daisy is looking for a home as an only dog with adult dog owners who will give her the time to settle in and who have both the patience & experience to deal with the issues she may initially have in a new home.
Daisy will not be homed with children or where there are regular visiting children such as grandchildren. She does bond quickly with her human(s) and responds very well to 1-1 teaching. Daisy has no separation anxiety but as an only dog we don't want her left for long periods of time each day. Given time to trust you she is a delight to live with and really is a fun girl to have around.
Sadly after previously being very neglected & unsocialised Daisy has some fear issues resulting in aggression at times and she has previously bitten. Daisy also has some fungal skin issues and has had an long-term fungal ear issue. Although her ears are currently clear after intensive veterinary treatment this may flare up again in the future. Her skin is much improved with daily care and a specific diet which will need to be continued in a new home.
New owners will also need to find a professional dog groomer who has the experience & ability to work with more difficult/fear aggressive dogs as her curly poodle type coat will need regular 8 weekly grooms.
A home check & adoption fee apply. Daisy will come with full rescue backup and a lifetime of help & advice for new owners. No children ..
Please note: Home checks apply. In the event of adoption, an adoption contract and set adoption donation applies
