Dio (pronounced Dee O) is a 9 month old Collie.
This little chap is looking for a forever home through no fault of his own.
Sadly, Dio’s dad's circumstances have changed, and he is left up to 12 hours on his own.
Dio is a loving bouncy pup, so not suitable for small children but older dog savvy children (12+) will be fine. He's not the best dog for a household with cats.
He is good with other dogs but needs a little more training on his lead work. Being young and clever, like all collies, he should learn fast.
If you are looking for a lap dog then Dio is NOT the dog for you, he needs an active home only. Remember, he is a working breed and is never happier than when he has a job to do.
Rio may enjoy some agility or becoming a running buddy.
