Vera is a 2 year old Staffie X.
This stunning girl can live with older respectful children because she can be very bouncy.
No cats please and she needs to be the only dog in a breed savvy home.
Vera can be excitable on first meetings with people but soon settles. She is crate trained but this has only been used for when being left during the daytime. Night times she sleeps in her bed and is happy to stay there.
She is a foodie but has excellent manners and will wait to be told when to eat. House trained, she will also let you know when she needs to go out.
This is what her foster mum has to say about her:
'Vera is excellent at cuddles and will sleep on your lap if it's big enough.
Enjoys pottering in a secure garden.
Vera is a doddle to walk on the lead until she meets other dogs and some vehicles when she becomes fear reactive but we are working on this.
She has not been socialised with many dogs but lives in a garden that has horses in the field next-door and has also met cows and pigs on a local farm. She is curious but not reactive.
She has all the attributes of a puppy in an adult body which is currently 20kg.
Currently signed up for training with Sit Happens (through Last Chance Hotel) and making some progress.
Vera has not had a stable start to her life but has shown that she will be all the dog you want and more given a secure loving and stable environment.
Ps; she snores like a motorbike…'
