Willow is a 10 year old Labrador
No cats in the home please and children to be 10+.
Darling Willow came into our care because sadly his owner was too poorly to give him the care and exercise he needs.
You will notice Willow has an unusual shaped head, this has been checked by our lovely vet who has no concerns.
This is what his foster mum has to say about him:
'Willow is now looking for his new retirement home. He is your typical fun loving Labrador who, has a zest for life and a love for food. Willow is an easy-going boy who has settled well in his foster home and is very respectful of other dogs, although he can forget his size when trying to play. He can happily live with another dog with careful introductions.
Unfortunately, Willow would prefer not to live with cats. He’s not the biggest fan of travelling in the car although he is getting used to short journeys.
He is clean in the home, sleeps through the night and will take himself off for a snooze during the day. Willow is 10 years of age and is very healthy, however, his new family would have to be committed to his weight loss journey. He currently weights 42kg and the extra weight he carries will be putting so much pressure on his joints. He loves his walks and is enjoying two good walks a day. With exercise and a good diet, the weight should come off in no time!'
If you think Willow is the boy for you, please get in touch, either by completing the Pre-Assessment form (button below) or, if you are already in our system, telephone 01209 281159 or email [email protected].
