"Fen is around 7 years old. He's a noise sensitive, anxious lad who's behaviour is easily managed, providing you are willing to learn from him & be willing to work with us. He does have a bite history, stemming from an attempt to crate him which he really doesn't like, however we believe in total transparency and will happily talk about this with potential adopters. In the 2 1/2 years Fen's been with me, he's not bitten, although there have been a few near misses (usually my fault)."😂
Any home must be completely child-free.
He's looking for a home where he would be the only dog, or with one bigger, older female who'll tell him when he's misbehaving! No smaller dogs, cats or small furries as he does have a high prey drive and will chase them. Because of this he needs walking on lead, which he is very good at, he doesn't pull & is happy bimbling along sniffing at everything. He doesn't bark at other dogs when out.
Fen does have the most awesome brain which needs to be kept busy. He's ok to be left for a couple of hours & won't eat your furniture or shoes.
He really is an amazing boy, hidden underneath a anxious exterior. Once you see past that, he will love you like no other and you will be rewarded with a best friend for life.
